Not bad.

Panama City and Bay County have such a great year-round climate.  We occasionally get the tip of the Eastern cold fronts, giving us reason to wear sweaters and light a fire.  We rarely hit freezing.  But it’s these “perfect” days peppered throughout the months of December, January and February that make Panama City the best place to live in Florida, and the best real estate market in Florida.
